Finance Assistant- AAT Qualified
This is an on-site position, within a manufacturing environment, previous experience within manufacturing is essential to this role.
Responsibilities
You will assist with monthly accounts to TB level and have experience with:
1. Prepayments
2. Accruals
3. Fixed Assets
4. HP and Loan entries
5. Stock control
6. Credit control
7. Purchase and Sales ledger administration.
8. Balance Sheet Reconciliations
9. Bank Reconciliations
10. Preparation of cash reporting
11. Payroll preparation
12. Banking- Upload of payments
13. All associated tasks
To be considered for the role of Finance Assistant:
14. AAT Qualified
15. Accounting systems-Sage 50 knowledge and experience
16. Excellent Excel skills
17. Excellent communicator
18. Experience in a finance role within the manufacturing sector
