In this role, you will support the Director of Sales & Marketing, PR manager and Reservation supervisor in sales and managing the hotel communications and distribution including digital and social media. You will also assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of the hotel and all its facilities. Your tasks will include: Identify new contacts within luxury brand, retail, art and interior design sectors, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue Proactively manage and respond to group segment-related requests, ensuring timely communication, accurate proposals, and seamless coordination with relevant departments Act as the main point of contact for clients seeking to book private hire of the restaurant and bar, providing tailored solutions aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives Initiate outreach through emails and phone calls to introduce the hotel’s offerings and explore partnership opportunities Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business Produce quotations and written confirmations for guests Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager, and senior management to include the re-porting of appointments, calls made, business leads, commercial reports and digital marketing performance Maintain an organised and up-to-date database of research findings and client information Assist with PR and Marketing activities as needed with admin, coordinating press stays, hotel tours, communications, presentations, graphics and collateral, social media management Coordinate and assist with video and photo shoots at the hotel Work with digital marketing agency, provide website analytics, and work on digital marketing campaigns Work with the Creative Agency to manage content and monitor the hotel’s presence on social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook), with input and support from the Creative Agency, PR Manager, and Director of Sales & Marketing Manage social media analytics, monitoring tools and report results and findings Manage and respond to booking inquiries received via social media platforms Monitor the hotel’s presence (Hotel, Restaurant and Bar) on the hotel own website, all relevant websites, including review sites such as Google, Trip Advisor, Facebook, etc. in addition to other online communities, ensuring content is accurate and updated Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions, brand identity, marketing and communications protocols Review competition activity and conducts regular market research Arrange and carry out hotel site inspections for potential clients Assist in organizing and attend hotel promotional events as needed What are we looking for? Previous sales experience Proactive and results-driven with a proven track record in meeting deadlines and targets Graphic design skills are an advantage Confident, charming, and natural selling abilities Ability to speak French is desirable but not essential Excellent organizational and administrative skills Experience with Resdiary is desirable but not essential Familiarity with Guestline PMS is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses excellent communication skills Familiarity with revenue management systems (RMS) is a plus Experience with Resdiary is desirable but not essential Who are we?
