Retrofit Coordinator North East
A leading contractor is seeking a qualified Retrofit Coordinator to support the delivery of energy-efficiency programmes across the North East. This full-time role involves managing the full PAS2035 process, coordinating retrofit surveys, supporting software and customer journey improvements, and ensuring full TrustMark compliance. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full PAS2035 assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring process
* Manage retrofit surveys to ensure quality and compliance
* Support delivery across SHDF, LAD, ECO and other funded schemes
* Provide accurate RdSAP and SAP modelling and guidance
* Manage PAS2035 TrustMark lodgements to support funding drawdown
Requirements:
* Retrofit Coordinator qualification
* Domestic Energy Assessor & OCDEA credentials
* Experience managing survey processes within housing refurbishment
* Strong team-management skills
* Minimum 3 years construction industry experience
* Full UK driving licence
