We’re looking for an experienced Land Coordinator to support a major UK infrastructure programme, acting as the key link between land teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll coordinate land activities, manage information flow, and ensure issues are escalated and resolved efficiently across multiple teams.
What you’ll be doing:
âś” Coordinating land acquisition, access & handback activities
âś” Acting as the central point of contact for land matters
âś” Supporting notices, utilities, and land rights processes
âś” Managing data, reporting, and GIS inputs
âś” Escalating risks and issues through governance routes
âś” Liaising with multiple stakeholders across complex interfaces
What we’re looking for:
âś” Experience in land coordination or infrastructure project support
âś” Strong stakeholder and communication skills
âś” Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
âś” Good understanding of land processes in major projects
âś” Highly organised and proactive approach
