The Role:
As Payroll Manager, you will:

Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all UK staff
\t
\t

Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, pension rules and statutory reporting
\t

\t
Collaborate with HR and Finance to deliver a seamless monthly payroll cycle
\t
\t

\t
Identify and implement payroll process improvements
\t
\t
*
\t
Provide expert advice on payroll matters to stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing payroll (in-house or via payroll bureau)

\t
Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation

A proactive and detail-focused approach
\t
\t

Confidence working independently in a standalone payroll role

Experience within a fast-paced or multi-site environment is a bonus
