This is a unique chance to be part of the founding team in a growing specialist setting dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with additional needs. About the Setting: The school will initially cater for students aged 11-16, with plans to expand to a full 11-25 provision, offering high-quality education and support through to post-16. The first cohort will include around 20 pupils with a range of mixed and undiagnosed needs. The Role: As a Special Needs Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of each learner. Support pupils with a range of social, emotional, communication, and cognitive needs. Contribute to the design and development of a new, nurturing learning environment. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic and consistent support for every pupil. Help build a culture of respect, inclusion, and high expectations.
