About Our Client
My client is a successful manufacturing organisation looking for a HR Administrator to work part time 3 days per week based in Nottingham.
Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies.
4. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
5. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
6. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
7. Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees.
8. Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records.
9. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
10. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time HR Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and an aptitude for multitasking.
17. Can commute to Nottingham.
