Job Purpose and primary objectives:
As a key member of the S/4 Transformation Programme team the candidate will be working on the S/4HAHA program, bringing their expertise and knowledge from a background in finance, design gaps, build through to testing, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover and Go-live/ Hypercare.
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
Liaise with network team of process analysts and subject matter experts in Identification of potential gaps within design and build
Responsible for providing guidance and input to other activities including data conversion and cleansing, reporting remediation, Cutover support and deployment planning
Capital projects / WBS Define mass creation of WBS to enable transition to IOs
Intercompany detailed definition of actions required at cutover (clearing balances, journaling etc)
Fixed Assets Technical load process and ledger initiation
Chart of Accounts Definition and configuration of Attributes
Using BPD supplements define step level operational usage, including resolution of known defects / gaps including Collection and Disputes, Intercompany, Fixed assets, IFRS ledger
UAT execution Support Supporting business F&P team members to guide testers and execution

Key Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge and experience of delivering SAP S/4 Transformation Programs in SAP FI
Deeper technical knowledge in SAP FI and data reconciliation
Strong knowledge and experience of financial reporting and consolidation systems, including statutory (local) and US GAAP reporting, Cognos and SAP experience an advantage
Willing to challenge, ability to spot potential errors and identify areas of challenge within processes and systems
Ability to explain complex financial issues to those with a non-finance background, and build strong relationships with senior business partners across the business
Ability to build and grow existing networks across the business, with the ability to identify areas where further support is required
Appreciation of US SOX controls environment, and an understanding of system controls
Enthusiasm and a willingness to take on challenges and involvement in details as required
Deep process knowledge in area of expertise
Effective team leader and motivator
Be able to present difficult technical situations in a way that is understandable for non-technical people
