Job Title: Production and Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities
1. Ensure all bulk/retail/oat drink orders are incorporated into the production plan to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Liaise with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
3. Maintain accurate stock records on SAGE 200.
4. Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and Finance team to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
5. Coordinate with the Sales Department to update and maintain sales forecasts.
6. Manage logistics companies to ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in full.
7. Address and investigate customer delivery complaints.
8. Ensure all customs documentation for exports is accurate and complete.
9. Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the business.
Skills and Experience
1. Proficiency with Sage 200.
2. Strong data analysis skills.
3. Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
4. Ability to meet KPIs such as 'Order in Time and Full', 'Weekly Warehouse GMP Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and in full'.
