As Account Director, you will take full ownership of client relationships, managing multi-channel CRM programmes from strategy through delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring work meets their objectives, budgets and timelines.
You will oversee a small, talented team of Account Managers and Executives-providing guidance, mentoring and clear direction to help them grow. You will collaborate closely with planning, creative and data teams to deliver work that is insight‑led, creatively sharp and commercially sound.
Day‑to‑day, you will be presenting campaign ideas, scoping projects, managing budgets and spotting opportunities to deepen client relationships. You will keep a close eye on performance metrics and ensure projects are profitable and effective. This is a fast‑paced, strategic role where your leadership and commercial acumen will shine.
