19th May, 2026 Group People Advisor & Policy Lead Location: Multi-site role with occasional travel Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per year Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm) About the role Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting on behalf of a luxurious health spa group for a Group People Advisor & Policy Lead. This is a varied, hands-on HR role supporting managers across multiple sites while also taking ownership of HR policies and governance. You'll sit at the heart of the people function, providing practical advice, keeping processes compliant, and helping shape how people policies work in real life — not just on paper. It's a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing day-to-day people support with longer-term policy development.
