Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
3. Manage day‑to‑day sourcing and purchasing of key dairy and fats ingredients, ensuring cost‑effective and reliable supply.
4. Build strong supplier relationships to support quality, service and ongoing value improvements.
5. Monitor market trends, pricing and availability to inform buying decisions and reduce risk.
6. Work closely with Production, Technical and NPD teams to ensure ingredients meet operational and product requirements.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
7. Brings proven experience in buying dairy ingredients, preferably within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
8. Commercially aware with strong analytical skills and an interest in global market trends.
9. Confident in managing suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring reliable, quality supply.
10. Proactive, curious and collaborative, thriving in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional FMCG environment
