Job Title: Support Worker - Halton Reablement Company: Bluestones Medical Location: Halton, UK Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts Available Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour About the Role Bluestones Medical is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Halton Reablement team. In this role, you will support individuals in regaining independence following illness, injury, or hospital discharge, enabling them to live safely and confidently in their own homes. Please note: A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements for this position, as you will be required to travel between service users within the community. Key Responsibilities Assist service users with daily living activities such as personal care, dressing, and mobility. Support individuals in achieving their reablement goals and promoting independence. Provide emotional support and companionship. Follow care plans and report progress or concerns to senior staff. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for service users. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided. Essential Requirements Full UK Driving Licence (essential). Access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes. Right to work in the UK. A caring, patient, and empathetic nature. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Desirable Requirements Previous experience in a care, support, or healthcare role.
