Senior Enterprise Customer Analytics Manager (Permanent, Full Time)

In this pivotal role, you’ll provide decision support intelligence that maximises customer growth, retention, and profitability across the B2B Enterprise market. Salary – Up to £70,000 per annum dependent on experience plus 15% discretionary bonus
Location – Hull, Carr Lane (with travel as required)

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting on net adds, churn, and volume activity using Excel and Power BI.
* Analyse churn patterns and behaviours to develop proactive retention strategies.
* Evaluate sales and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise go-to-market approaches.
* Drive ARPU and margin growth by analysing customer cohorts, cost structures, and value drivers.
* Develop predictive models for churn and upgrade propensity to inform targeted initiatives.
* Collaborate with data, finance, and digital teams to centralise data requirements and enhance analytics capability.
* Ensure robust data governance and quality standards across all reporting and modelling activities.
* Monitor and report on core metrics to support commercial, sales, and marketing teams in achieving strategic objectives.
Essential Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting within a B2B or Enterprise environment.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar platforms).
* Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Highly analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in telecoms, IT, or service-based industries.
* Knowledge of data governance principles and predictive modelling techniques.
* Familiarity with ARPU, margin analysis, and customer lifetime value modelling.
