As management accountant, you'll own the month-end process, support budgeting and forecasting, and dig into the numbers to tell the story behind the P&L. You'll help improve reporting, drive better insight, and work closely with the FD on commercial projects.
There's also a small finance team for you to support and grow with. You won't be stuck in the weeds - this is a role where you'll influence and improve the way things are done.
You'll need experience in a management accounting role, ideally in a dynamic or fast-moving environment. If you've had some exposure to month-end, budgeting and cashflow, that's ideal. You don't need to be qualified, but ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or working towards) would be a bonus.
