Our home in Kilwinning is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker now! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services and be fundamentally engaged in, and manage, each child’s plan ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
The successful candidate must hold an SVQ3 qualification for this role in Children and Young People (or equivalent), and be prepared to work towards their SVQ4 within the allotted time frame set out by SSSC.
Please note - due to the location of this home and nature of the role, candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence as you are required to transport our young people to external locations.
