ISQ Recruitment is working with a growing engineering business based in Norfolk to find a reliable and skilled CNC Setter-Operator to join their operations team. Due to the location of the site, own transport is essential.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be setting and operating CNC machines to produce components to tight tolerances. You'll be working on a variety of work orders, including batch runs and one-off parts, and will be expected to carry out your own quality checks using metrology equipment.
The role also involves general workshop responsibilities, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, and occasionally liaising with engineers to discuss component design or manufacturability.
