Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and the great outdoors? We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and elevate the catering offer across seven of Hampshire's stunning country parks.
The Role:
As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high:quality, customer:focused services that align with the goals of the Countryside Service. You'll work closely with on:site catering teams to drive profitability, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional visitor experience.
What you'll do:
:Ensure the profitable performance of restaurants and kiosks through effective resource management.
:Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and meet performance targets.
:Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
:Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
:Drive recruitment, training, and development of catering staff.
:Lead and support catering teams across multiple sites to deliver outstanding service.

You'll be a commercially minded professional with a strong background in hospitality or catering operations. You bring:
