The Role: Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of our brigade, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering a high standard of food consistently across all menus.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Managing your section efficiently and ensuring mise en place is always ready
* Assisting in the development of new dishes and menus
* Maintaining food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Who Were Looking For:
* At least 12 years experience in a similar kitchen environment
* A genuine love for food, especially modern British cuisine with a twist
* Someone who works well under pressure in a busy kitchen
* A positive attitude and strong team ethic
