1. Managing the transition of pensioner payrolls from previous providers
2. Loading annuitant schemes and amendments onto administration systems
3. Reconciling buy-in payments and ensuring accuracy within agreed timescales
4. Supporting clients with ongoing queries and updates
5. Ensuring benefits and payments align with benefit specifications
6. Documenting and testing processes for consistency and improvement
7. Maintaining full audit trails across all data lifecycle stages
8. Communicating key updates to internal teams and third parties to support customer outcomes
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Demonstrating experience in payroll or pensions administration
10. Understanding defined benefit pension schemes and relevant legislation
11. Working confidently with Excel and data management tools
12. Prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
13. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
14. Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
15. Showing commitment to treating customers fairly and ethically
16. Holding or working towards relevant qualifications (e.g. CII, PMI, CPP)
