What You Will Do Manage and deliver complex, multi-agency infrastructure projects aligned with strategic growth and regeneration goals. Work alongside the Development Management Specialist to coordinate council input into Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. Identify, plan, and oversee capital investment opportunities that align with sustainability and government objectives. Provide professional advice to investors, developers, and partners to support green energy and economic development initiatives. Prepare procurement documentation, appoint consultants, and ensure sound governance throughout project delivery. Collaborate with Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) to deliver capital programmes and funding streams. Drive forward the councils objectives around infrastructure, energy security, and carbon reduction. Champion best practice in programme and project management across interdisciplinary teams.
