Technical Consultant (Configuration)

Our growing client are a financial software company. This is a new permanent role for an additional Technical Deployment/Configuration Specialist.
You will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions to meet the unique needs of clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, leveraging your SQL and database expertise to deliver accurate and efficient results. This position requires a proactive, analytical individual with a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for problem-solving.
Does this sound like you?
* Proficient in SQL for querying, data analysis, and database management.
* Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of financial systems and workflows, particularly loan origination or loan management platforms.
* Familiarity with integration processes using APIs.
* Strong customer orientation.
