Position: Field Experience Manager
Location: Basingstoke - Hybrid (2 days on-site)
Client: Pharmaceutical
Type: FTE – 12 months contract – 25-30 hours per week
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and execute new employee onboarding and ongoing field training programs across the NE Hub.
* Develop and maintain high-quality, compliant onboarding and education materials.
* Coordinate yearly training and engagement events in partnership with strategic events and brand teams.
* Support new learners through their full onboarding and training journey.
* Manage learning plans and training platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors), including transitioning materials from legacy systems.
* Collaborate with HR, LSI Trainers, Brand Teams, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure aligned, compliant training content.
* Support development and rollout of new training modules and broader learning initiatives.
* Develop measurement plans to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide structured training support to Nordic affiliates and internal/external stakeholders.
Main Requirements
* Experience in developing and managing training or onboarding programs, ideally in a commercial or field-based environment.
* Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
* Effective communication skills—capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
* Proactive problem-solver with ability to anticipate needs and drive solutions.
* Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally.
* Adaptable and open to new approaches and technologies.
* Results-focused with ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve processes.
