The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with proven experience in delivering accurate and insightful management accounting in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments. Produce clear and insightful management commentary to support financial results. Update and maintain board packs, ensuring all information is timely, relevant, and well-presented. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations to support decision-making. Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and reporting efficiency. Key Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) – essential. Strong technical accounting knowledge with demonstrable experience in management accounting. Proven track record of preparing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, etc.) – essential. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
