Location: Belfast (Office Based)
Salary - £35k per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.15pm
Employment Type: Permanent
About the Role
The Property Support Executive is a vital member of the property management team, providing both administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of property-related processes. You will assist with tenant relations, maintain property records, coordinate maintenance requests, and support wider property management activities to enhance tenant satisfaction and overall property performance.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Tenant Relations
* Act as the first point of contact for tenants, handling queries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally.
* Facilitate effective communication between tenants and the property management team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
🔹 Administrative Support
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including leases, tenant information, and maintenance logs.
* Prepare and distribute documentation such as newsletters, reports, and property updates.
* Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports, including tracking property-related expenditure.
🔹 Maintenance Coordination
* Log and coordinate tenant maintenance requests, liaising with service providers for timely completion.
* Monitor ongoing works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
* Maintain schedules for routine inspections and planned maintenance.
🔹 Contractor & Vendor Management
* Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure services are completed on schedule.
* Assist in managing contracts, performance reviews, and maintaining contractor records.
Candidate Requirements
* A degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent.
* Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
