Your new role
As the Property Research Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the valuations team by sourcing comparable property data and assist with planning future instructions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in property, strong research and analytical skills and a desire to grow within the property industry. As part of the role, you will research and compile comparable property data to support valuation reports, which will include monitoring property portals and local market trends and writing final reports. You will also maintain and update internal databases with relevant property information and follow up on valuation leads and assist in nurturing client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should be educated to degree level and have an interest in the property sector. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills is essential and you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
