Due to growth and recent developments across multiple business units, they are now seeking a Commercial Manager to join their senior management team. This is a unique and diverse leadership opportunity that would suit a commercially minded and people-focused individual looking to make a real difference across a range of business functions. From retail to agriculture to manufacturing, no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support multiple business units including a local convenience retail outlet, agricultural country store, cafe, and a specialist ceramics supply business. Ensure all commercial units are working within budget, hitting KPIs, and running efficiently. Engage with businesses and ensure effective operations as well as positive staff culture. Lead commercial and B2B development, targeting key decision-makers and identifying growth opportunities across sectors. Contribute at a senior management level to strategic business planning and process improvements. Support cross-departmental collaboration and process mapping to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Play a hands-on role in community engagement and relationship building across the local area. Prepare for future involvement in additional areas of the business Essential Criteria Strong background in commercial or business development roles Demonstrated experience managing teams and operational budgets. Commercially and analytically minded, with the ability to set and monitor KPIs. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing change in a busy environment. Confident working independently and as a core part of a senior leadership team. What's on Offer?
