School Office Manager Salary or Hourly Rate £18,532.53 for Term Time only plus 1 additional week Type of vacancy Permanent Work pattern Part Time - Term Time Only Hours per week 26 Work Base Willoughby Primary School, Willoughby on the Wolds, LE12 6SS Additional Documents Instance 1 Additional Documents Instance 1 Closing Date 15 June 2026 09:00 Due to our current Office Manager gaining a promotion, we have an opening at Willoughby Primary School for a skilled and highly-organised professional to join our small, friendly team. Although, we are very small, our recent Ofsted inspections reports: Willoughby Primary School is a vibrant hive of activity where pupils participate fully in school life and attend well. They benefit greatly from the positive relationships they develop with their peers and staff. We are looking for someone who: • Has excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Is highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise. • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy • Can support the school's financial processes and budgets • Is flexible and able to respond to the demands of a small team • Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
