IT Support Administrator – SC Cleared
Contract Type: Full-Time
Start/End: ASAP - 27th August (6-8 weeks)
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
We are seeking a reliable, process-driven IT Support Administrator to support a major technology refresh project at a secure site in Hereford. Responsibilities include device handling, coordination with engineering staff, and system updates during deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in equipment setup for end-user laptop refreshes as per project plans.
* Support configuration of migration areas and refresh clinics on site.
* Move IT equipment between secure storage and refresh areas as directed.
* Log into systems and perform basic tasks under supervision.
* Carry out laptop refresh activities following procedures.
* Update workflow management systems accurately at each deployment stage.
* Escalate issues to the Post-Migration Technical Support Specialist or Site Manager when needed.
* Active SC Clearance is essential due to the site’s security requirements.
* Experience in IT deployments, desktop refresh projects, or similar roles.
* Strong attention to detail and methodical approach.
* Proficient with workflow systems and basic IT tools.
* Ability to work onsite full-time in a secure environment professionally.
This is an excellent short-term contract opportunity paying £25.15 per hour. If you are SC cleared and available, apply today.
