Salary: £38,554 - £42,970 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Location: Link’s Falkirk office; travel required across various sites.
Hours of Work: 39 per week, Monday to Friday.
The Role
At Curb, people are at the heart of everything we do. We want our people to reach their potential. An experienced, qualified electrician is needed for Property Maintenance in the Bathroomsteam. The electrician will be responsible for providing a high quality and efficient service, carrying out all aspects of electrical work in properties owned or managed by Link Group or within service agreements to other organisations.
Responsibilities
• Carry out smoke alarm inspections and upgrades in line with new Scottish Government legislation.
• Perform all electrical installations, fault diagnosis and rectification across Link's areas of operation.
• Compile written technical reports and maintain knowledge of construction methods, materials and installations.
About You
• Detailed technical knowledge evidenced by experience and a relevant NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent).
• Qualification in City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations and a Health & Safety passport (e.g. ECS card).
• Proven experience in a similar electrician role and competent knowledge of electrical installations/appliances.
• Ability to compile written technical reports and knowledge of traditional and non‑traditional construction methods.
• Commitment to excellent customer care and awareness of Health and Safety requirements.
