Overview

Trust Data Assistant - Accord Multi Academy Trust

Accord Multi Academy Trust invites applications for the role of Trust Data Assistant at Coach Falcon's Fit Bodies. Based at Horbury Academy, the successful candidate will assist in the efficient administration and management of academy data, providing reporting and analysis as required. You will report to the Trust Data Manager and work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to support a cohesive data and curriculum structure.


Responsibilities

* Provide data administration, reporting and analysis support across the Trust.
* Work with systems and tracking tools for result forecasting and event booking setup (e.g., parents evenings).
* Support a reactive data service for academy staff while based at Horbury Academy.
* Uphold and promote the academy's safeguarding policies and procedures and ensure adherence by all staff.


Qualifications

* Strong administrative and IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel; ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and external agencies.
* Experience with data systems is desirable; integrity when handling confidential information is essential.
* Previous experience in a data or exams administration role or in an education setting is desirable but not essential.


Salary, hours and location

Location: Huddersfield and surrounding areas

Position type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week, full year (term-time applications will also be considered). Minimum term-time plus 15 days required.

Grade: Scale 3

Salary: £25,583 to £25,989 actual salary
