Responsibilities Working under the direction of senior staff, you will coordinate the support provision for students requiring behavioural intervention, primarily through the management of the Consequences Room. Duties include timely contact with parents to communicate behaviour, Consequences, or exclusions. You will be responsible for arranging, organizing, and supervising appropriate work and/or specific skills development with individual students. You will liaise with parents, external agencies, education welfare, and the police regarding confidential and complex issues. Essential skills include the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences and the capacity to respect and maintain confidentiality. Crucial requirements include excellent time management and organisational skills, proficiency in standard ICT packages, including Microsoft Office, and the capacity to relate sympathetically to students while recognizing potential child safeguarding issues.
