The Opportunity This role offers the chance to deliver high‑quality learning experiences that support apprentices to achieve, progress, and thrive. You’ll manage a caseload of apprentices, guiding them through every stage of their programme while ensuring compliance with quality requirements. Working closely with employers, you’ll tailor learning plans, conduct workplace visits, and provide meaningful feedback that drives success and prepares apprentices for their future careers. About You You’ll hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in mechanical engineering or completion of a level 3 apprenticeship in mechanical engineering. You’ll also have an Assessor’s Award (A1) and bring at least three years of recent, hands‑on industry experience. Confident, organised, and able to work independently, you’ll engage effectively with students and colleagues while maintaining high professional and safeguarding standards.
