Injection Mould Toolmaker with CNC Programming
Location: Gloucester, United Kingdom. Salary: GBP 38,000 to 42,000 per annum (DOE). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00.
The successful candidate will join a small toolmaking team and will be involved in CNC programming, machining, surface grinding, spark eroding, and bench work to manufacture new tooling and repairs and modifications to existing tooling. Jigs and fixtures will also be required for production and small batch CNC parts.
Key Responsibilities
* Injection mould toolmaking and machining.
* Tool repair and modification.
* Manufacturing jigs and fixtures for production.
* Using CAD designs to set up, operate and programme CNC machines using Fusion to produce components.
* Aluminium and steel tooling.
* Small batch CNC production.
Required Qualifications
* Apprentice trained or equivalent toolmaker.
* Injection moulding background.
* Experience with Fusion CAM.
* Experience reading engineering drawings.
Preferred Skills
* Conversational programming of Hurco controls.
* Cobot programming.
