About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading contractor working across major infrastructure and construction projects in the UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast:paced environment and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and enforce health and safety standards across project sites
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and toolbox talks
* Support incident investigations and report writing
* Promote a positive safety culture among site teams
* Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company HSEQ policies
Ideal Candidate:
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar H and S role within construction or civil engineering
Strong communication and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
Willing to travel and lodge away from home when required
