Overview
Solicitor - Clinical Negligence role at 4COM (4Communication B.V). Hybrid working available with the flexibility to work from home and collaborate in-office when needed.
Location: Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bolton, Southport, Newcastle, Reading, Birmingham, Northampton, and Cambridge.
We are one of the largest Clinical Negligence departments in the UK, with over 200 team members and a strong national reputation. Our work includes all forms of clinical negligence, with a dedicated team handling severe injury cases caused by medical mistakes. Many team members hold accreditations from APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.
You will join a growing Clinical Negligence team and will manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims at all stages, including trial. We are seeking Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (newly qualified up to Grade A, or equivalent experience).

Requirements
* Experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases.
* Ability to manage cases through to trial.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
