Service Care Solutions is working with a leading Scottish firm to fill a Solicitor or Associate role in their Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer seeking growth in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and property disputes, as well as inheritance and estate matters.
* Manage a busy and varied caseload with autonomy and support where needed.
* Appear in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and assist counsel in Court of Session matters.
* Engage in Land Court, tribunals, and inquiries.
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

* Qualified solicitor with experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
