We are seeking a Ductwork Cleaner to work within a hospital environment in Romford, carrying out specialist cleaning and maintenance of ventilation and extract systems. This is a vital role in ensuring air quality, hygiene, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out duct, ventilation, and air handling unit cleaning to TR19 healthcare standards
* Support infection control measures through regular hygiene maintenance
* Complete service reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation
* Work safely in sensitive clinical areas while maintaining patient confidentiality and minimal disruption
* Liaise with site staff and supervisors to ensure work is completed to high standards
