Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading SaaS based Automation Company who are looking to add a Java Engineering Manager to their dynamic scaling development team.
This role will initially be once a fortnight in the Berkshire based office as they plan to move to new offices in Reading
- then it will be twice per week in the office from March 2026.
For this role I am looking for an experienced Java Engineering Manager with 10yrs exp with Java 11/17, Spring MVC, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS/GCP/Azure.
Someone who has been a v ital leader of a full stack engineering team of 6-10 Java developers
