đź•’ Shift Pattern:
4 ON / 4 OFF
8 PM - 8 AM (12‑hour shifts)
đź’° Pay Rate:
ÂŁ13.50 per hour - weekly pay
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Picking, packing, and processing pharmaceutical and wellness products with precision and care
* Working efficiently in a busy, fast‑moving warehouse environment
* Standing, walking, and staying active for the full shift
* Following strict hygiene and safety procedures
* Meeting performance targets and supporting your team to achieve nightly goals
✔️ Requirements:
* Fully flexible and able to commit to 12‑hour night shifts (4 on / 4 off)
* Comfortable with physical work and long periods of movement
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
🚀 Progression Path:
* Become a Trained Operative
* Earn an extra ÂŁ0.50 per hour (increasing your rate to ÂŁ14.00/hr)
* Opportunities to progress into Team Leader or Supervisor roles
