As a key member of the sales and marketing team, the Sales Executive will play a vital part in driving the long-term growth of the business.
This role will offer a warm, efficient, and customer-focused first point of contact for all sales enquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
The Sales Executive will support customer acquisition and revenue goals through strong relationship management, high retention, effective enquiry conversion, and proactive pursuit of new sales opportunities.
A core aspect of this role is nurturing meaningful relationships with both new and existing groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly, professionally, and personally to all sales enquiries, ensuring each is handled with care and efficiency.
Prepare and deliver tailored quotes, high-quality proposals, and accurate contracts across multiple venues.
Meet response deadlines and maintain a high standard of accuracy in all written communication and documentation.
Build strong rapport with prospective and existing customers to support retention, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
Work closely with the Sales Office Team Leader by providing timely updates on progress, performance, and forecasted activity.
Maintain a clear, organised, and up-to-date booking system and CRM database to support smooth operations and reporting.
Liaise with the Operations Team at each centre to ensure new bookings are feasible and well-coordinated.
Attend and actively participate in sales events and external exhibitions, confidently networking and following up on new leads.
Arrange and host client tours, ensuring these visits support the wider sales process and showcase
