MSK Podiatrist
The closing date is 29 July 2025
The Dept of Orthotics at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital is looking for an experienced B6 MSK podiatrist to join our team for 12 months.
We are based in Shropshire and hold clinics across 3 clinical sites - Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Telford all in hospital settings.
We are looking for an experienced podiatrist in the area of Orthotic assessment, treatment and management of patients, for the assessment, supply and review of patients with both stock and custom-made foot orthoses. You will work alongside the Orthotists in out-patient clinics, independently treating patients with foot orthoses and working as an autonomous clinician. We are an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team, and this role is linked to assessing dynamic workforce mixes.
The Orthotics Dept has its own onsite manufacturing facility for both adjusting stock orthoses, as well as to work collaboratively with the technicians for manufacturing custom foot orthoses.
We think this offers an exciting career opportunity for a podiatrist to become part of an Orthotics team working solely in the clinical area of Orthotics provision of foot orthoses.
We welcome any calls or emails seeking further information, as well as visiting our team and department.
