This role requires Strong knowledge of D365 (essential).
1. Role: Interim Management Accountant
2. Location: Bristol (SouthWest)
3. Duration: 4 months
4. Start Date: Immediate
5. Day Rate: £350 per day
Key Responsibilities:
6. Ensure the accuracy of nominal postings and financial data.
7. Support month-end close and prepare management accounts to a high standard.
8. Assist with preparation for year-end audit.
9. Maintain controls and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
10. Engage with stakeholders across up to 10 companies/entities within the group.
11. Support senior finance leadership (including CFO) with ad hoc tasks.
12. Participate in process improvement and systems development (Microsoft Dynamics).
Required Skills & Experience:
13. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
14. Proven experience in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments.
15. Strong knowledge of D365 (essential).
16. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work remotely across multiple teams.
17. Experience handling multi-entity accounting.
18. Excellent communication skills for explaining financial challenges clearly.
