Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:
* Extensive experience as an Infrastructure / Platform Engineer, working up to 3rd line level.
* Comfortable managing large-scale Windows Server and Active Directory environments, with strong Azure knowledge.
* Skilled in Entra ID and have Intune experience for managing identity and access.
* Strong understanding of networking including LAN/WAN, VLANs, SD-WAN, and SWAN, with operational experience using Cisco Meraki.
* Understanding of virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) and backup and disaster recovery strategies.
* Demonstrable capability to troubleshoot complex incidents, work under pressure, and collaborate as part of a team and the wider IT department.
Responsibilities:
* As a Platform Services Engineer, you will be part of our 3rd line team within the IT structure. Your primary responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining our global infrastructure's hardware and software. You will also need to communicate effectively and be willing to travel to our client’s other sites on an ad hoc basis.
