Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences, ensuring activities align with the EYFS framework.
* Assist teams in planning, preparing and implementing engaging activities that promote children’s learning, curiosity and development.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
Minimum Qualifications
* At least Level 2 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

All staff and volunteers must hold an enhanced DBS check and complete safeguarding training. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of safeguarding duties.
