About the Role
As a Software Engineer at FINESSE, you’ll be a core contributor to building and scaling our production software that powers a hyper-efficient, waste-minimizing supply chain. You’ll collaborate with a world-class engineering team to design and deploy autonomous systems that drive intelligent production recuts — enabling FINESSE to operate at the intersection of technology, data, and sustainability.

You love shipping product fast. You’re not just an excellent engineer — but a great product manager. You can take ownership of a problem, define its roadmap, and deliver meaningful solutions that drive measurable efficiency across the business. You’re data-driven, mathematically sharp, and curious about how AI agents can automate and reshape operations. You’re a self-starter, highly collaborative, and motivated by impact. Above all, you’re excited to build something from the ground up that transforms how a modern fashion supply chain operates.
Recommended Background
* Proven experience in software development, with a portfolio of production-grade applications built end-to-end.
* Experience building agentic systems and integrating multiple LLMs to automate or enhance workflows.
* Strong knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks (Node.js with Express, or Python with Django/FastAPI).
* Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and database design principles.
* Strong analytical and mathematical foundation, with hands-on experience in data analysis.
* Bonus: You’re comfortable working with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
