Medical Negligence Solicitor – Liverpool Salary: Circa £50,000-£70,000 OTE (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting for a company seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage a high-quality and varied caseload in a supportive and progressive environment. The Role: The successful candidate will manage Medical Negligence cases from inception through to settlement or trial. You will handle all aspects of litigation, including investigations, obtaining expert evidence, drafting pleadings, vetting and risk-assessing new cases, and liaising with external stakeholders. You will also contribute to the growth and development of the department.
