As a Demi Chef de Partie you'll support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards across the kitchnen. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who is eager to develop their skills and progress their career within a fast-paced hospitality environment. What you'll be doing Support senior chefs with food preparation, recipe development, and menu creation Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard Maintain excellent organisation and efficiency within the kitchen Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations Support and encourage the development of junior kitchen team members Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture Hours & Pay This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £14.15 per hour. You'll work a five-day week on a rota basis, with shifts that may include: 6.00am - 2.00pm 7.00am -3.00pm 3.00pm - 11.00pm What's in it for you?
