What will you be doing?
We are seeking a motivated and sales oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team in our Vodafone Harlow Partner store. In this role you will:
* Support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers and help them achieve their potential.
* Assist with back-office tasks such as holidays and rotas.
* Lead by example on the sales floor to drive performance and customer experience.
