About the Role:
* Responsible for sKids Programme setup and daily operation, fostering strong relationships with school communities.
* Contribute to ‘growing AWESOME kiwi kids’.
* Provide supervision and responsibility for programme delivery.
* Manage parent and school liaison.
* Oversee daily administrative tasks.
* Manage and lead staff and team members.
Hours of work: 15+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, rostered between before and after school programs, from 7am to 8:30am and 2:30pm to 6pm.

About Us:
sKids was founded in 1996 by two parents to create a structured out-of-school care service for primary-aged children. Today, we’re New Zealand’s favourite kid’s hangout, serving over 3,800 tamariki daily across more than 170 school sites. We believe in fun, engaging activities such as trips, cooking, arts & crafts, science, and sports.
We’re seeking someone passionate about working with children aged 5-12, inspiring confidence and authenticity. Experience in childcare or education, especially organizing before and after school programs, is highly valued. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be the primary contact for parents. Applicants must hold a valid NZ work/student visa, be NZ residents or citizens, and be over 20 years old to comply with regulations.
